At Comprehensive Athletic Training, we offer a beginner-friendly holistic program that focuses on:

Strength Training

  • Bodyweight mastery before resistance
  • Core and hip stabilization drills
  • Postural strength to support serve, jump, and landing mechanics

Conditioning

  • Low-impact agility and coordination work
  • Movement patterns that mirror volleyball fundamentals
  • Nervous system-friendly training volume

Recovery

  • Guided breathwork and somatic resets
  • Light mobility, foam rolling, and sleep education
  • Rest days built into the weekly rhythm
