Michael took an injured and out of shape former competitive runner, and rehabbed, trained and coached me to my best running times in the span of 8 months. My ultimate goal was to qualify for the Olympic Trials Marathon at the Boston Marathon. To this day, I have never incurred an injury from following Coach Holland’s program design.
