As a student-athlete playing Division 1 Football, Coach Holland was able to help me make great strides within a short amount of time with building strength, drills, and recovery before my season started. He is extremely passionate about what he does and he will do anything and everything, including going above and beyond to see me succeed in my dreams on the field and off. There is nothing greater than when someone takes the time to truly work with you and they want nothing but to see you become successful and reach your physical, mental, and spiritual goals. Not many athletes will get the attention they need to develop, but Coach Holland has the knowledge and experience to enable my skills transfer to every aspect of football and my life.
